Permit Application
Residential and Commercial solar projects require both a Town permit and a permit from our third-party inspection service CC&I. Please contact CC&I for permit, review, and inspection.

The Town requires a site plan if the solar is attached to the ground. Please show property borders, any existing structures, the location of the proposed solar cells, and distances from the proposed cells and existing structures to the property borders and to each other. Such drawings DO NOT need to be drawn by a professional engineer, although they do need to be accurate and reasonably to scale.

The application fee for the Town review is $50.00.
