This form is for those property owners or renters who do not pay sanitation fees on the annual property tax bill. This is likely because you live in a duplex unit or otherwise there are multiple residential units on the same lot.

You may pay your annual sanitation fee by mail or in person, but if you wish to pay online, please fill out this form and you can pay via credit card.

For 2025/2026, the annual solid waste fee is $344.72. Additionally, there is an $8.00 annual stormwater fee and a $3.50 uniform service fee.
