  • Use this application to reserve the Town of Irmo Prisma Health  Amphitheater. Any request that does not provide the required information will be delayed. A copy of the requestor's driver's license is required for verification purposes. This request is tentative until the reservation process is complete.

    Rental Fees & Deposits 

    • Security Deposit: $500.00
    • Daily Rental Fee: $1,500.00 

    Churches & Non-Profits  

    • Security Deposit: $200.00
    • Rental Fee: $100.00 (up to four hours from set up to clean up) 
    • Additional Hours: $100.00 per hour

    *Non-Profit Organizations MUST provide the South Carolina Secretary of State Certificate of Existence and your IRS Letter to be qualified as a Non-Profit Organization.

  • Rental Agreement

    By submitting this request, you agree to the following agreement between the Town of Irmo (hereinafter Town) and the below-noted Requestor's Name (hereinafter applicant), dated the day of submission.

    WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties referenced above agree as follows:

    • The Town agrees to permit the applicant usage of the Prisma Health Amphitheater for a private function to be held on the date described as Date of Function, between the hours listed above.
    • The applicant agrees to pay such fees and/or deposits as may be charged by the Town for such purposes generally at the time of this agreement. Further, the applicant agrees to abide by such rules, regulations, and guidelines as may be applicable under this paragraph are set out on a separate document promulgated by the Town and attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
    • The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Irmo from any claims, demands, suits, verdicts, judgments, actions, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever, in law or in equity, resulting from Applicants use of the Amphitheater.

    RENTAL POLICY

    1. The security deposit fee will be returned within two (2) weeks following the function, if proper clean-up was accomplished and no damages were noted. In the event of a cancellation, a minimum of two weeks is required (otherwise, there will not be a refund on the fee).
    2. The Requestor must provide a picture I.D. as proof of residency when submitting an application.
    3. Official Town meetings and functions shall have priority over other requests.
    4. The requestor shall be held solely responsible for the condition of the Prisma Health Amphitheater to include: damages to post, lights, fans, and tables.  Additionally, the requestor shall sign an agreement releasing the Town from all liability arising from the use of the Prisma Health Amphitheater
    5. The requestor violating these policies shall not be permitted use of the park in the future.
    6. Any individual/group who will use amplifiers and/or electric instruments, etc. must receive prior approval from the Town Administrator.
    7. Noise levels must be reduced by 9:00 PM.
    8. Ticket sales are prohibited except by approval of the Town Administrator.
    9. No Pets Allowed.
    10. No Littering. (Please Use Receptacles)
    11. An Adult Must Accompany Children Under 12.
    12. Bounce houses and inflatables are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the Irmo Community Park.

    Rental of the Prisma Health Amphitheater may also require the completion of a Special Events Permit ($25 additional fee).  This can be completed online HERE.

    Any marketing (flyers, social media) published for the event must identify the location as the PRISMA HEALTH AMPHITHEATER at Moore Park.    

    ALL SPECIAL EVENTS USING THE PRISMA HEALTH AMPHITHEATER MUST PROVIDE THE TOWN WITH A COPY OF THEIR INSURANCE NAMING THE TOWN OF IRMO AS ADDITIONALLY INSURED FOR, AT MINIMUM, $1,000,000.

  • Special Event Permit

  • Rental of the Prisma Health Amphitheater may also require the completion of a Special Events Permit ($25 additional fee). This can be completed in person or online HERE.

    A Special Event is defined as any event held within the Town of Irmo that is open to the public, and could impact a Town right-of-way, or could affect public safety. The event must be approved by the Town Administrator and the permit fees are separate from any applicable rental fees obtained for the use of any Town facilities. The Special Event Permit will not exceed two (2) consecutive days. Potential events include but are not limited to:

    • Carnivals
    • Concerts
    • Displays
    • Fairs
    • Festivals
    • Grand Openings
    • Markets
    • Parades
    • Tent Sales
    • Family Reunions
    • Group Parties

    A detailed, labeled site plan needs to be submitted with the application. It must include an approximate scale rendering of the location of tents, rides, tables, seating, location of food trucks/trailers, etc. being setup or brought in for the Special Event. A vendor list of what they are selling must be submitted and pre-approved by the Town Administrator.

    • TENTS – can be no larger than 10X10 and must be free standing. Larger tents and/or those needing to be tied down will be subject to current temporary building code regulations.
    • FOOD TRUCKS/TRAILERS – must have copies of SCDHEC Food Service Permits with the application (DHEC does have a no-cost Food Service Special Event permit).
    • ALCOHOL SALES – will require copies of the appropriate state permits and proof of insurance.
    • BARRICADES – if needed can be requested through Public Services at (803) 781-7050.

     

    Note:

    Food Trucks: Must have their own business license.

    Alcohol Sales: Check with the State Dept. of Revenue for a Special Event Permit.

    Issuance of a Town of Irmo Special Event Permit does not relieve the applicant of any other requirements from other regulatory agencies that may regulate specific activities associated with the event.
