Rental Request
Use this request application to reserve the Town of Irmo Picnic Shelters located at Moore Park. Incomplete applications may delay your request. A copy of the requestor's driver's license is required for verification purposes. This request is tentative until the reservation process is complete.

Rental Fees
- Daily Rental Fee (first four hours): $85.00
- Additional Hours: $25.00/hour

Rental Agreement

By submitting this request, you agree to the following agreement between the Town of Irmo (hereinafter Town) and the below-noted Requestor's Name (hereinafter applicant), dated the day of submission.

WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties referenced above agree as follows:
- The Town agrees to permit the applicant usage of the Town Picnic Shelter for a private function to be held on the date described as Date of Function, between the hours listed.
- The applicant agrees to pay such fees and/or deposits as may be charged by the Town for such purposes generally at the time of this agreement. Further, the applicant agrees to abide by such rules, regulations, and guidelines as may be applicable under this paragraph are set out on a separate document promulgated by the Town and attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
- The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Irmo from any claims, demands, suits, verdicts, judgments, actions, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever, in law or in equity, resulting from Applicant's use of the Picnic Shelter.
