  • Use this request application to reserve the Town of Irmo Gazebo located at Irmo Town Park. Incomplete applications may delay your request. A copy of the requestor's driver's license is required for verification purposes. This request is tentative until the reservation process is complete.

    Rental Fees 

    • Daily Rental Fee (first four hours): $75.00 
    • Additional Hours: $25.00/hour

  • Rental Agreement

    By submitting this request, you agree to the following agreement between the Town of Irmo (hereinafter Town) and the below-noted Requestor's Name (hereinafter applicant), dated the day of submission.

    WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties referenced above agree as follows:

    • The Town agrees to permit the applicant usage of the Town Park Gazebo for a private function to be held on the date described as Date of Function, between the hours listed.
    • The applicant agrees to pay such fees and/or deposits as may be charged by the Town for such purposes generally at the time of this agreement. Further, the applicant agrees to abide by such rules, regulations, and guidelines as may be applicable under this paragraph are set out on a separate document promulgated by the Town and attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
    • The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Irmo from any claims, demands, suits, verdicts, judgments, actions, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever, in law or in equity, resulting from Applicants use of the Gazebo.

    RENTAL POLICY

    1. Payment for any required deposit and rental are due when the application is submitted and accepted by the Town of Irmo. Any security deposit fee will be returned within two (2) weeks following the function, if proper clean-up was accomplished and no damages were noted. In the event of a cancellation, a minimum of two weeks is required (otherwise, there will not be a refund on the fee).
    2. The Requestor must provide a picture I.D. when submitting an application. 
    3. Official Town meetings and functions shall have priority over other requests.
    4. The requestor shall be held solely responsible for the condition of the Town Park Gazebo to include: damages to post, lights, fans, tables and grill.  Additionally, the requestor shall sign an agreement releasing the Town from all liability arising from the use of the Town Park Gazebo.
    5. Any requestor violating these policies shall not be permitted use of the park in the future.
    6. Any individual/group who will use amplifiers and/or electric instruments, etc. must receive prior approval from the Town Administrator. The operation or playing of any radio, television, “boom box”, musical instrument, or similar device which produces or reproduces sounds in a motor vehicle or public park in a manner as to be plainly audible at a distance greater than fifty (50) feet is prohibited.
    7. Noise levels must be reduced by 9:00 PM.
    8. Ticket sales are prohibited except by approval of the Town Administrator.
    9. No Pets Allowed.
    10. No Grills Allowed.
    11. No Littering. (Please Use Receptacles)
    12. An Adult Must Accompany Children Under 12.
    13. No Skateboards, Roller Blades, Scooters, or Bicycles.
    14. No Smoking on Park Premises.
    15. Bounce houses and inflatables are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the Irmo Town Park.
    16. An Adult Must Accompany Children Under 12.
    17. Parking areas are clearly marked at both the park and municipal complex.
    18. Parking is prohibited along Columbia Avenue (vehicles will be ticketed).
    19. Tents are not allowed in the grass areas without prior approval from Town Hall.
    20. Chairs can only be placed along the amphitheater steps (approximately 150).
    21. The Town of Irmo is not responsible for inclement weather and will not refund the user fee.
    22. Vehicles are prohibited on the grass areas within the park.
    23. Any loading and offloading must be done in the parking areas, and items carried across the grass.

    Rental of the Town Park Gazebo may also require the completion of a Special Events Permit ($25 additional fee).  This can be completed in person or online HERE.

    If, in the event that the Town Administrator determines that a special events permit is required, staff will inform the applicant. This may delay the application.
