  • Town of Irmo Holiday Parade Participation Application

  • The Irmo Events Committee is currently accepting applications for participation in the 2025 Inaugural Irmo Holiday Parade to be held on Saturday, December 6th at 9:00 a.m.

    If you are interested in participating, please complete this application and return it by Oct. 15, 2025. Applications received after the deadline may be considered if space remains available.

    Participation Fee

    Due to the expenses involved in operating the Town Of Irmo Parade (Police services, port-a-johns, route clean-up, etc.) our fee structure is as follows: 

    • $200 for political campaigns and candidates, including incumbents currently campaigning for an election.  
    • $50 for commercial/business parade entries.
    • $40 for beauty pageants entries.
    • $25 for non-profits. Entries must provide proof of 501 status.
    • Free for school bands and dance teams

  • As an authorized representative of the above (parade entry), I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the attached guidelines. I further agree to hold the Town of Irmo, its agents, employees, volunteers and sponsors, and the Irmo Events Committee harmless of any liability or wrongful act with regard to the Annual Holiday Parade.
