The Town of Irmo is currently accepting applications for participation in the 2026 Irmo Christmas Parade to be held on Saturday, December 5th at 5:45pm.

If you are interested in participating, please complete this application and return it by Nov. 20, 2026. Applications received after the deadline may be considered if space remains available.

Participation Fee

Due to the expenses involved in operating the Town Of Irmo Parade (Police services, port-a-johns, route clean-up, etc.) our fee structure is as follows:
- $200 for political campaigns and candidates, including incumbents currently campaigning for an election.
- $100 for commercial/business parade entries.
- $40 for beauty pageants entries.
- $25 for non-profits. Entries must provide proof of 501 status.
- School Group Fee Waiver: There is no entry fee for any school-sanctioned groups participating in the Christmas Parade. This includes marching bands, athletic teams, service clubs, cheer squads, drill teams, ROTC units, and any other officially recognized public school organizations.

I understand that no refunds will be made for inclement weather or events beyond the control of the Town of Irmo. I agree to be responsible for any loss of property or personal injury during the parade and indemnify parade management and the Town of Irmo from any claims resulting there from.
