A simple change of occupancy, such as a lawyer's office becoming an accounting office, may not have any major internal work, where a change from a jewelry store to a full-service restaurant will require numerous alterations such as installation of hood suppression systems and grease traps.

This form helps the Town and our third-party inspection service better understand the work you are doing so that we know what other permits, inspections, and approvals you may need.

All construction will require a building permit from the Town's inspection service, CC&I.  Note: fences less than 7' tall and commercial accessory structures less than 120' do not require a building permit from CC&I.
