Economic Development & Headquarters Incentive Grants – Town of Irmo

The Town of Irmo offers two incentive grants that refund a portion of your annual business license fee for eligible businesses:

Economic Development Grant – for new, small, annexed, or targeted-area businesses
Headquarters Grant – for qualifying regional or national headquarters operations

How it works:

Apply for and pay your business license
Submit this grant application
If approved, receive a refund of your license fee

General benefits:

Up to 100% refund of business license fees in early years

Key requirements:

Must have a physical location in Irmo
Must pay business license by April 30 (flexibility may apply this year)
Must apply annually
